My name is Fawole Rofiyat, and I have chosen journalism as my career because I am passionate about sharing information, uncovering the truth, and giving a voice to the people. Journalism plays an important role in society by informing the public, promoting transparency, and helping individuals understand events happening around them. I am inspired by how journalists bring stories to life, expose issues that affect communities, and create awareness that leads to positive change.

I chose this career because I enjoy writing, observing, and asking meaningful questions. Journalism will allow me to develop strong communication skills and use them to educate, inform, and inspire others. It also gives me an opportunity to stand for justice, fairness, and accuracy in reporting.

In addition, journalism is a dynamic and exciting profession. Every day brings new stories, new challenges, and new experiences. Whether reporting in print, broadcast, or digital media, journalists have the power to shape opinions and influence society positively.
