My name is Ajibola Dorcas Suliyat, and my future career is nursing. Nursing is a noble and rewarding profession that focuses on caring for individuals, families, and communities to promote health, prevent illness, and support recovery. I chose nursing because it allows me to serve humanity with compassion, skill, and dedication.
As a nurse, I hope to provide quality healthcare to people from all walks of life, especially those who are vulnerable or in need of support. Nurses play an important role in hospitals, clinics, and communities by monitoring patients’ conditions, administering medications, educating patients, and offering emotional comfort. This profession requires patience, empathy, and strong communication skills, which I am determined to develop.
Nursing also offers opportunities for continuous learning and career growth. With advances in medical science, nurses are always learning new techniques to improve patient care. I am motivated to work hard in my studies so I can become a competent and professional nurse who upholds ethical standards and teamwork.
