Essay
In ten years,I imagine myself as a well-established baker and food entrepreneur,known for quality, creativity,and consistency. my vision is to build a brand that started from the small baking business.I run at home, selling chinchin, peanuts, and fish rolls, and grow it into a recognized bakery with well trained staff and a strong loyal customer base
To achieve this goal,l plan to continue to further my education at Crumbles Chef Academy in Lagos where I will learn how to improve my skills through professional baking courses, mentorship,and constant practice -i will also learn about business management, customer relations, and digital marketing so I can run my brand efficiently- hand work, discipline, and integrity – values that have shaped me from the beginning,I will continue to guide every step I take
Through my journey,I know there will be challenges such as limited resources, competition, and balancing school with business -how ever,my resilience, creativity, and passion for baking will help me stronger and more prepared for the future I am building
In the next decade,I want my work to contribute positively to society by training young people,creating job opportunities, and promoting entrepreneur.my dream is not just to grow a business, but to inspire others to believe that their talent and consistency can open door.Iam still that girl who started small,but will never stopped growing
