Essay
My name is Akinyeye Ikeoluwa Deborah. A student of Holy Spirit Catholic High School aspiring to be a Pharmacist.
A pharmacist is a medical personnel that focuses on the manufacturing and sales of legal drugs. To achieve this goal, I realised I need to focus more on my most important exams which are WAEC/NECO AND UTME. Before I can gain admission to study Pharmacy in a well recognised higher institutions, I need to pass some necessary exams which are one of the steps I need to achieve this goal. The impact I aspire to make in my chosen field is to make sure that everyone has an access to good and quality drugs so as to improve the total wellbeing of everyone.
What inspired me to become a pharmacist is that I once lived close to a pharmacy shop and I used to go there to play. I admire the respect that people accord the pharmacist and I admired the way he usually knows the exact drugs to give anyone that comes with an issue. That alone gave me the courage to pursue pharmacy as a future career. I plan to use that to contribute to the society by building a pharmacy shop in the community where people can walk in and get drugs. Also, I plan to make collaborations with other big drugs manufacturing companies and health care organisations where they can come to my community, enlightening the people more on the use of quality drugs and the dangers accompanying the use of illegal drugs and abuse of drugs.
My vision is to bulid a community where people are medically safe and can easily get access to quality drugs.
