Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to oversee operations and ensure
the effective delivery of programs and activities within the center.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the center.
• Plan and coordinate training programs and schedules.
• Supervise staff, instructors, and facility operations.
• Build and manage partnerships with schools and organizations.
• Monitor program performance and prepare reports.
• Ensure efficient use of resources and facilities.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in operations or program management.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
