My future career about Civil engineering is the I the art and science of designing, constructing, and maintaining the physical and naturally built environment: roads, bridges, canals, airports, tunnels, buildings, water supply systems, and wastewater treatment plants. What draws me most to this field is its tangible outcome; unlike many professions, civil engineers can stand in front of something they helped create and say, “I made that happen.” A well-designed bridge doesn’t just carry cars; it connects communities, boosts economies, and sometimes even saves lives during natural disasters.
